Cavendish Property Solutions are users of our Invoice making software (InvoiceMaker
www.invoicemaker.co.uk). They operate
from a number of locations and wanted to migrate to a web based solution so that
invoices could be created and viewed from each location while maintaining the
consecutive numbering of invoices.
The design specification was to produce a web based system that looked and operated
identically to the off line software to minimise any additional staff
training.
Invoices can be created viewed and emailed directly to their clients from
within the web site.
Reports can be created to track expenses, VAT liabilities subcontractor
payments etc.
