In 2004 International Exhibition Logistic Associates (IELA) Approached Databiz to automate their existing standards monitoring systems which were paper based. We developed an online questionnaire that could invite respondents by an automated email system.

Members of the association were invited to rate other members based on a selection of key performance criteria. The results were compiled and then displayed to the admin users in the form of numerical scores and graphical bar charts.

Admin users can edit the questions and set start and end dates of the questionnaire and even track users who have failed to respond.

Databiz provides email and telephone support to all IELA members completing surveys.
