Their requirement was for a web based system that would allow them to manage their business where ever they are in the world.

Before the introduction of the database when returning from a exhibition they would have to prepare all the invoices manually - going through all the paper documentation by hand and calculating each invoice item.

Now the database tracks all the changes to the flights and accommodation of their customers in real time and when they return to the office all they need do is click the button marked invoices select the show and all the invoices are produced automatically.

One requirement was to be able to add new hotels and events to the database without asking for more web development time. We built an interface that allows them to do just that. The results can be seen by following this link and and selecting any one of the hotels from the drop down.

All the information shown on the pages following selecting an hotel is managed by EF-Travel themselves. they are in control of the following items:

• Hotel pictures
• Room pictures
• Room Rates -by night
• Room Details
• Hotel Details
• Star Rating
• Availabillity
• Whether or not to display the hotel

A similar interface was built to allow the adding and editing of clients and exhibitions.
